I am a psychiatric nurse, counselor, and a psychotherapist here in Maine. NOTE: I do not write med prescriptions. I work with a broad variety of individuals and additionally have focuses on depression, anxiety, medical/healthcare providers and chronic illness. I provide dynamic counseling, psychotherapy, and support in a safe setting. As a therapist, I am active in the room providing feedback and challenges as appropriate. I use existential psychodynamic techniques, CBT, Reality Therapy, motivational interviewing and bibliotherapy and apply the principles and procedures of counseling to assess and treat client issues.
