I work with adults who want to improve their coping skills to manage mental health symptoms better. I enjoy working with clients interested in gaining information on their mental health diagnoses and symptoms. Please book an appointment with me for individuals seeking a counselor who will set realistic goals, expectations, and helpful information. I can be found on the Grow Therapy (GA & TX clients) website. I offer virtual sessions on Saturdays & Sundays ONLY. Due to my current schedule, I do not offer consultations.
