I specialize in the "big questions" that affect our whole lives -- who am I? What can I hope for? What is a good life? How do I get there from here? Whether the issue is identity, grief & loss, substance misuse, depression, anxiety, aging, surviving trauma, midlife adjustments or having more fulfilling relationships, I work with clients emphasizing their choice and responsiblity, reframing areas where they may feel stuck, ultimately accessing more freedom and empowerment. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and see children as young as 10 years old. I'll also work with you to get insurance reimbursement.
