Life is full of challenges which often can be overwhelming and stressful. You may be feeling anxious, depressed and/or confused. It takes courage and strength to reach out and allow yourself to be vulnerable and to share your inner most thoughts, feelings and experiences. I am here to offer support, guidance and encouragement as we explore together whatever you are facing in your life. I find that when we allow ourselves to be “In the state of possibility!” that the door to change and transformation is open. I am a trauma informed therapist with Holistic Healing CC and specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults.
