I have experience in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-esteem, family conflict, trauma and many other human experiences. I believe that people are resilient. I understand it takes incredible courage and vulnerability to recognize you need support and take these first steps. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express your authentic self, experience the vast range of human emotions, share your story and learn more about yourself and your goals. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, I am here to empower and support you as you navigate this next chapter. My therapy is based on a client-centered model, meaning I focus on your needs and goals for therapy, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with compassion. I mold my therapeutic approach to each client, pulling from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy to empower you with tools as you work towards your goals
