I am a LCSW with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging emotional struggles. With over 15 years of experience, I work with trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. Some other special interest areas are women's health and parenting. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate space for healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including CBT and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I tailor my methods to each client’s unique needs, creating an approach that empowers them to reclaim their sense of self and well-being and is a strength based approach.
