Whether it is your first time in therapy or you are returning, uncertainty is normal. Life is challenging. I acknowledge you for taking the first step in starting therapy, and my priority is to help you achieve meaningful and lasting growth by providing a safe and supportive space to explore what that looks like. I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with unprocessed trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or interpersonal conflicts. I also work with couples to identify and work through conflicts to improve their partnerships.
