I am here to assist anyone who is struggling and wants to heal, grow and flourish so that they can finally be the person they always knew they could be! I hold the process of therapy as a sacred opportunity for two people to share and explore how humans learn, grow and flourish through the gifts and challenges that living on this planet at this time offers us. I believe we each know the way home to ourselves, our wise, healthy and whole selves, and I am here to assist you in discovering and uncovering the true “you” beyond traumas, defenses, and experiences of depression, anxiety, shut down, or overwhelm.
