My clients are assisted with anxiety, depression, various forms of trauma, relationship problems, family issues, identification of barriers to thriving, intimacy issues, stressors and their effects on daily living , low self-esteem, self-discovery, grief and loss, life transitions such as parental "empty nest", and different life stages. The process also involves identifying social factors that may impact emotional wellbeing and mental health. This collaborative effort aims to facilitate positive and impactful changes.
