It has been an honor to be practicing for more than 30 years as a psychotherapist, working individually with children, adolescents and adults, as well as with families and couples. I appreciate the amount of courage it takes for clients to enter therapy. My approach is collaborative, based on connection and trust. We work together as a team, forming goals and strategies. My E.F.T.C. (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) approach has been particularly effective in helping couples enhance their relationship by gaining access to their attachment longings.
