I enjoy working with children (9+), teens, and young adults who are struggling with things like perfectionism, depression, anxiety, body image, life transitions, PTSD and trauma, stress, and self-esteem. I'm passionate about working with children and teenagers on things like ADHD, ASD, bullying, anger management, family conflict, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, social skills, self-esteem, and more. It is a top priority of mine to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported above all else!
