My name is Mary Russell-Wright, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of experience working with diverse populations experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and other stressors involved with family and job. I specialize in utilizing a mix of Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Grief Therapy during my treatments with my clients.
