Knowing how hard it is to start therapy, it is my priority to ensure that the therapeutic space is safe, secure, and non-judgmental. I have 10+ years of experience working with people of all ages in a variety of mental health settings. Most recently, I find I am doing my best work with young adults, adults and the elderly that are striving to figure out how to improve their quality of life. I also have both personal and professional experiences with infertility and recurrent loss, making this an area in which I'm educated and passionate. I most-often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies and explore childhood experiences that have impacted our life outlook. I base the therapy process on the needs of my client and touch-base intermittently on goals that are identified at the start of treatment. I am consistently creating an opportunity to process emotions with self-love and compassion.
