Prioritizing and fortifying emotional health may be one of the most critical aspects of a successful life. For most of us, one on one therapy provides the ideal opportunity to allow us to work on identifying the patterns that need to shift to help us achieve this success. Once we begin to strengthen self awareness we can let go of maladaptive patterns and begin to heal and find a deeper satisfaction in life. That is what I help clients do. As a licensed therapist, I have been dedicated to helping individuals, including teens, families, young adults, and couples, on their own transformative journey since 2002. I truly value my work!
