With 27+ years of experience in the field, my primary modality is Rogerian (otherwise known as Client centered). Depending on client needs I also draw from CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), strength based, trauma informed, and other modalities & methods. Techniques are from play, art, narrative, bibliotherapy, inner child work & motivational interviewing.
