I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression and narcissistic abuse. A unique part of my practice is sandtray therapy. While often seen as a tool for children, sandtray is powerful for adults too- using symbols in sand to explore feelings, process experiences, and uncover insight when words aren't enough. I also draw from EMDR, parts work, and talk therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can recover from past experiences, rebuild trust in yourself, and move forward with clarity and strength.
