I believe that all people are doing the best they can given their life experience and biology. At the same time, I believe that we can move forward by leaning in and sorting out our thoughts, emotions, and memories. I am both empathic and empowering- balancing the wisdom of our emotions with creating lasting change. My work is rooted in evidenced based techniques and I hope that every client develops one new insight by the close of every session. I want to see you feel better and have greater peace. I completed my master’s in counseling psychology in 2009 and have been in practice since then. I specialize in helping people manage symptoms of depression, eating disorders, substance use, OCD, and PTSD. I have specialized training in EMDR, CPT, ACT, ERP, and DBT.
