My clients often come from helping professions—teachers, nurses, EMTs, and others who put others first. They feel burnt out, anxious, and their relationships are suffering. They may also struggle with guilt and shame from religious trauma, purity culture, or growing up in religious households. Many also navigate neurodiverse traits in themselves or their families and need out of the box solutions. While I am not currently seeing children, I enjoy supporting parents with practical strategies to help children thrive and restoring energy, balance, and confidence for the whole family in a collaborative, non-judgmental space.
