My therapeutic style is strength-based, paced with sensitivity, grounded in presence, attunement, and curiosity. I am trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, DBT skills, CBT, clinical hypnosis, and heart-mind coherence, alongside gentle mindfulness and movement-based work all aimed at fostering awareness, resilience, and embodied change.
