Looking to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life? I’m Mary, a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and proud U.S. Air Force veteran. My experience serving others—both in the military and as a therapist—inspired my passion for helping people overcome life’s challenges. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and military families, supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, trauma, ADHD, and stress. Using CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, I provide compassionate, effective care to help you find balance, growth, and renewed purpose. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and military personnel and their families. My areas of expertise include substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, grief and loss, and trauma.
