I start by meeting you right where you are today, honoring your individual experiences, relationships, & identity. From there, we can work together to identify new skills, coping strategies, areas for growth, and inherent strengths you may not have been able to see before. Not only is each individual story unique, but the response is too. Some have trouble identifying or expressing how they’ve been impacted by their experiences, while others notice the effects but aren’t sure how to make sense of them.
