About
Are you reeling from the impacts of infidelity/betrayal- as an individual or a couple? Are you struggling within yourself and within your relationships in general? Do you feel unclear of what to do next? I support individuals and couples looking for safety in sorting through their connection with themselves and others. Feeling unsure and overwhelmed within yourself and in your relationships is scary and I would like to help you. I believe that truly intimate relationships - with ourselves and with others - include a blend of curiosity, awareness, skill-building and psychological flexibility. I work from a perspective of acceptance (ACT), Attachment Theory, Humanistic Therapy, as well as a blend of evidence-based theories designed to access curiosity and skill-build. I encourage individuals and couples to embark on a journey of deeper understanding of self and other, leading to healthy connection and, therefore, communication.
