My passion is to help others meet their potential and reach their personal goals. I help others through the use of empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard (you are the expert of your life!). I enjoy helping my clients with problem-solving, but I also believe that you already have what it takes to heal. I am here to guide and support. I take a similar approach as a clinical supervisor and have many years of experience providing clinical supervision in different settings. I have over 15 years of experience working with adults from a myriad of backgrounds and presenting problems. I gained experience working with people through non-profit and government agencies, as well as over seven years of experience working in private practice.
