My goal is to help you become more self-aware and develop better self-care tools, drawing from an eclectic base of skills and techniques. I view struggles from a holistic approach encompassing Mind, Body & Spirit. With the combination of my 30+ years of professional experience, education, and life experiences, we can look at issues with which you struggle within a safe and comfortable environment. My practice focuses on mood disorders, trauma and resulting PTSD, as well as a history of abuse, ACOA, co-dependency, and loss issues, including pet loss.
