Are you trying your hardest to make it seem like you’re alright when in reality you’re struggling? I believe we all need continuous replenishment and renewal in our lives, but we often don’t realize this until we’re empty and run down. I am committed to meeting my clients where they’re at in order to help them identify boundaries to break unhealthy cycles in their lives to find freedom and experience healing. I work with adolescents and adults to help them find coping skills to treat their addictions, anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns so they can achieve the greatest level of wellness possible.
