Are you feeling stuck and not sure what to do? I am a licensed counselor with an empathetic counseling approach either in person or virtually to help you feel empowered. I have helped many work through their trauma by understanding their different parts within and processing stuck thoughts and emotions using EMDR. I will teach you effectively how to regulate and communicate your needs and wants so that you can handle things in a better frame of mind. I also work with couples using emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help them understand their emotions, improve communication and build stronger relationships.
