Welcome, I’m Maryanne, a licensed therapist (LICSW) in Norwell, MA, serving adults and parents on the South Shore—including Hingham, Hanover, Scituate, Cohasset, Marshfield, and nearby towns. Many clients come to me overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, low self-esteem, or past trauma. They seek relief from constant worry, emotional ups and downs, and relationship conflict. Goals can include feeling calmer, more focused, and confident, with stronger boundaries and clearer communication. Together, we use practical tools and insight to understand patterns, make different choices, and build a more balanced, connected life. I help older adolescents and adults manage anxiety, ADHD, stress, burnout, and life transitions through structured, evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT) in a warm, collaborative space. It's ok to feel overwhelmed or stuck. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping tools, and create clarity for real, lasting change at your own pace.
