My psychology focuses on one's ability to grow, gain stable emotional health and have satisfying relationships. I see clients dealing with anxiety, depression, co-dependency, coping skills, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, crisis management, post-traumatic stress, and geriatric issues. I help my clients separate their thinking from their feelings, to be able to see what is real from what they are feeling. That is, what is going on inside themselves; introducing the opportunity to live without anxiety, fear, and depression. Feelings are often easily confused for reality and it is helpful to be able to recognize the difference.
