Providing a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment allows my clients to begin exploring the life challenges they are facing. Life can be hard and often very lonely. Sometimes it feels overwhelming. With compassion and respect, I listen carefully and without judgement. I use an interactive approach by involving my clients in problem solving and finding solutions that best fit their needs. It takes courage to reach out for help. Although change is difficult, I invite you to allow me to provide guidance, support and encouragement as you explore these changes in order to achieve a more satisfying and peaceful life.
