I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been in practice for 25 years. I work with people of all ages, from early childhood to the golden years. My approach is client centered within the family system. My goal is to help my clients feel heard, supported, empowered and capable. I have specialized training in the area of Play Therapy which is most often used with children and adolescents, but it can also be applied with adults. My areas of focus include childhood issues, parenting, school related issues, family issues, grief, and trauma.
