Hello! If you have found yourself here it’s likely you’ve set an intention of wanting to gain a deeper understanding of yourself or difficult experiences you may be having. I am so glad you’re here. While it is impossible to list all the potential concerns bringing clients to therapy, some of the general areas I treat are: relationship concerns—including intimate partner violence, triggers for feelings and behaviors, chronic pain or illness, trauma, depression, self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, life transition issues, mood issues, grief, difficulties at work or school, and, feeling disconnected from others.
