I understand that reaching out to seek mental health support can be a challenging and intimidating experience, and I hope that whether it's with me or anyone else, you are able to find the help and support that fits your needs. I am an LPCC based in San Diego, California, working with clients statewide through telehealth. I work with individuals age 13 and up from all cultural backgrounds and identities, and specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Though I bring my own experience and expertise to sessions, you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to collaborate to meet your goals.
