I work with international aid and development professionals affected by federal government changes, DOGE, and sudden unemployment. Career loss in the aid and development world often brings layered losses — purpose, community, belonging, and identity. Counseling with me is a space to help quiet the inner critic, and rebuild confidence and direction for the future.
