I believe building a strong relationship is the first step to helping you navigate life’s challenges, and I like to do that by bringing authenticity, humor, and humility into the therapy room. I have experience treating a wide variety of age groups and diagnoses, including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety and panic attacks, ADHD, Autism Spectrum and other neurodevelopmental disorders, PTSD, Mood and Personality Disorders, and more.
