Matt is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has been practicing since 2018. Matt has been trained to build emotional functioning skills, process trauma, work through and navigate anxiety and depression. He cares deeply about his clients and considers sitting with people and listening to their stories a privilege. Matt’s ultimate goal in therapy is to help people build grace for themselves and their story as they begin to process the various challenges life has given them. Over time Matt has learned that healing only begins when a person is met with a graceful and empathic touch and allowed to be seen and heard.
