I would like to thank all of the people on the front line for risking their lives to save ours. I am certified in EMDR and prolonged exposure, both have been proven to do well with acute stress symptoms. If you work on the front lines (healthcare, grocery stores, construction, etc) please reach out so I can help you as much as possible.
