I have extensive experience working in the field of mental health. From inpatient mental health, acute care units, and residential addiction treatment…to your more casual individual therapy. I am comfortable with nearly all mental health diagnoses and struggles. I'm not a DSM-5 fanboy and only apply diagnostic labels if you relate to them or if they have utility. I also believe in psychedelic, SGB, and more holistic approaches to therapy and healing. My ideal client is someone who is motivated to change and has a good sense of humor. A not ideal client would be someone who is litigious and blows up my phone at 2am.
