I enjoy working with adults 18+ who may be struggling with a range of issues appropriate for outpatient settings, including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, ADHD, and relationship issues. Clients who are willing to take chances to improve their lives tend to benefit the most from therapy. Clients find that they are most successful when they embrace truths about themselves, others, and the world in general.
