I work with adults, teens, parents, and couples, with a special focus on neurodivergent individuals, ADHD, and couples navigating communication and relationship stress. Many of the clients I support feel emotionally overloaded, disconnected in their relationships, or impacted by past stress, trauma, or spiritual hurt. My ideal clients are those longing for grounding, confidence, emotional regulation, and deeper connection in daily life.
