About
Life can be a lot sometimes. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, stress, or relationship struggles, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. Counseling offers a space to slow down, reflect, and work through what’s holding you back—with someone who’s there to support and guide you. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and build the tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence. Reaching out takes a lot—it’s also a powerful first step toward feeling better. My experience is that therapy works best when it feels like a real, honest relationship. There’s no talking down or lecturing; I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels right for them. Whether that means building insight, learning new coping tools, or challenging old habits that no longer serve them, we will figure it out together.
