After working in the healthcare field for 19 years, I made the decision to go back to school to become a mental health therapist. I view my job as a sacred task. Meeting with a stranger and revealing the core of who you are can be very intimidating. I work hard to create a safe, trusting, and accepting environment where you feel permission to be fully yourself. The foundation of my work is the relationship that I have with you, the client. I do not have a one size fits all approach, but I meet you where you are in your personal journey of healing. If faith is important to you, I am happy to incorporate that into our work.
