Life does not come without its share of struggles, it all can feel heavy, confusing, isolating, and even hopeless at times. You may struggle with depression, identity questions, or feeling overwhelmed, like you have to hide your emotions in a world that prioritizes toughness. My goal is to provide a space where men of all ages can show up fully as themselves, without judgement, pressure, or having to pretend. I offer a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and make sense of what you’re feeling, at your own pace. I believe that growth begins with being seen and accepted for who we truly are.
