Welcome! I’m Matt, and I believe that therapy is about making a human connection and working together to overcome your unique challenges. My approach to therapy is conversational and focused on building a trusting relationship. We all have different experiences and beliefs, and I work to ensure that our therapeutic space is welcoming, safe, and judgment-free. It can be a struggle to find someone that understands the unique challenges of military service, and as a U.S. Army veteran myself I take special pride in being able to work with fellow veterans and their families.
