I've spent most of my time working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults while in the field, and have some experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction. I want to help individuals I work with feel fulfilled and help them navigate life in a way that makes them feel whole. I want to help others learn more about themselves and break barriers that they may have that get in the way of their mental health.
