Are you struggling to find a sense of satisfaction in life? Are you feeling overwhelmed in your daily routine? What has defined you, the opinions and assumptions of others or your strength in the face of the same? Are your relationships causing stress? I consider myself a generalist. I work guided by what I learned in grad school integrated into the life I've lived so far. I am a student of my own continued experience and hope to inspire others to understand the relationship they have with theirs. I welcome all people from all backgrounds including those who are neurodivergent. I work with people 15 and older, as well as couples.
