How many times do we think we should be feeling better…happier, but not know how to manage that? How often do we struggle connecting with others, or criticizing ourselves? Not prioritizing ourselves can lead to long-term issues for us, mentally and physically. Living a better life is possible, with the right kind of help and support. As a trauma-informed counselor, helping people deal with life’s challenges is my passion. And, helping you learn how to manage what life throws at you is my goal.
