I have licensure in Nebraksa (LMHP 5395 and PLADC P2228) and Iowa (LMHC 089650) and will be able to do telehealth. I work on using your experiences to help you through the issues that bring you to therapy. My preferred methods is to use person centered, existential, gestalt, motivational interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have been in practice since 2014, gained my full licensure with Nebraska in 2019. I have worked agency for outpatient, jail settings, and residential settings and am changing to private practice currently.
