Every person should have the right to be heard and understood in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I believe that change is possible for anyone who comes into therapy, and provided the proper support, we can see marked differences in how they approach their problems. All of us deserve to live our lives to their fullest and most satisfying potentials, and whatever brings us into therapy can be turned into something proactive and meaningful. My goal is to help define and set goals for the motivated and uncertain clients alike, while encouraging each one to express their authentic selves both in and out of session.
