I am a Masters-level, nationally certified, Iowa licensed Mental Health Counselor who works from a humanistic, strengths-based perspective and serves individual adults. I use cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to help clients build awareness into and change the stories that impact their lives and mindfulness techniques to help individuals regulate their nervous system function and build a sense of safety and security within their bodies.
