In life we will all experience times of pain. Sometimes this becomes too much to carry alone and we need a guide to walk alongside us. My mission is to create a place of safety in difficult times where healing can take place. It is in the bold journey through these often dark and confusing places that we find tremendous opportunity to identify the unhelpful narratives and behaviors that are holding us back from our true nature. At the same time we are invited to discover the incredible personal strengths that are accessible to us, clarify our values and move towards lives of meaning and fulfillment.
